A victorian scene of the grandmother and her grand daughter preparing a meal in the kitchen.
The expressions on the faces in the painting have been captured beautifully,
and the many items in the kitchen, noticeably the copper pan on the stove,
and indeed the wonderful array of vegetables and cooking ingredients on the table,
have been painted to perfection, even a hint of the china plates on the cupboard adds to the scene.
