The Spring Ploughing match will be held off Gonalston Lane, Hoveringham on Saturday 14th March from 10am.
Admission is free, any donations towards the chosen charity will be gratefully received.
There will be hot and cold food and drink available all day, along with tractor and trailer rides around the ploughing.
The year the Spring Ploughing Match is being held in memory of Norman Clarke who was born in Hoveringham and competed at ploughing matches for over 40 years.
His family have farmed in Hoveringham for around 100 years. Each competitor pays an entry fee and all proceeds are donated to charity.
